kristorey: per my last post i like to think of Thranduil as part of the horror in Greenwood as it turns into Mirkwood as well in his own way that doesn’t harm anything, he’s just attached to the forest and everything in it in an eerie way and says creepy things on occasioni go by book thran cuz the movies are stinky but that one deleted scene of the deer bilbo sees would be cool if it was thranduil able to project his fëa into animals he binds himself to so he’s sorta omnipresent in the forest to both guard his borders & bc he a forest gyal ♂️ -- source link
