I felt like we were in some sort of sadistic sitcom trying to get out to do this. We went to vote at 3pm now that the 90+ degree weather had cooled somewhat and Elliott had eaten and finished her nap. Attempt 1: stroller all loaded with baby in driveway and Elliott has diaper explosion. Attempt 2: all loaded and Elliott spits up all over herself and my shirt. Attempt 3: loading Elliott gets hiccups I needed to cure before we left so she isnt crying the whole time. Attempt 4: another diaper explosion handled…and we finally pressed forward!
