How is it that i always start off with a doodle and then just over complicate my life? ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗAnyway recently i came across @camishroom and their wonderful apprentice who i just fell in love with!Also Onoras jokes and generally humor was taught to her by the Devoraks…basically a lot of puns and dirty jokes While drawing this there was some drama going on in the community. Let me just use this piece to address it. A lot of artists try to create their MCs to be as “original” as possible, when coming across another MC that is similar to theirs, for some reason they feel the need to call that artist out or accuse them of theft? Well if you ask my that’s a load of crap…there will always be people with similar ideas and similar designs.Now if your MC was traced, that’s a whole other story. We live in very troubling times and i understand people are anxious, but i think it’ll do you no harm to simply approach these things in a kind and calming manner. With this post i hope you can see that similarities are not to be frowned upon but are to be celebrated, played around with or even just memed. Let’s just be kind and patient with each other and let all this drama die out. -- source link
