Ma Peeps! Here’s an up close look of my spicy, well-seasoned Corned Beef stuffed Fried Dumplings Take a BITEThis dish makes a Quick & Easy snack for the whole family! Here’s the RoxyChowDown Recipe: Cook up corned beef in a large frying pan and set aside. Combine all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, a little cornmeal, a little sugar, some cold milk and cold water and fold to form a soft dough. Sprinkle dough with a light layer of flour. Dough should be smooth and soft, not sticky. Pull off a small piece of dough and mold until it is round & flat. Place a small amount of cooked corned beef into the center. Pinch edges of dough together to enclose corned beef and create a ball. Deep fry your stuffed dough in cooking oil. Heat oil moderatly, add dumpling, reduce heat to low setting & constantly turn your dumplings until golden brown. Remove cooked dumplings unto plate lined with paper towels. Enjoy HOT! Yummm Corned Beef can easily be replaced with any stuffing of your choice Check out my insta stories for highlights on how this meal was made #dumplings #recipe #cornedbeef #Jamaicanfood #Jamaicanrecipe #frydumplingrecipe #homemade #cookingtips #Jamaicanblogger #foodblogger #Jamaicanphotographer #Jamaican #Canadianfoodblog #foodblogCanada #OakvilleOntario #Canadianfoodblogger #Canadianphotographer #Ontariofoodblogger -- source link
