I had incredibly good coffee this afternoon at a Texas-local small chain called Summer Moon. They make their own sweet cream. And the beans are roasted over a woodfire. Really well balanced, with nice sweetness and bold coffee notes! Also the staff were really nice! They guy WHO took my order wrote my name in careful cursive.
