The smallest planet, Pluto is also the poorest. With its surface beaten and relatively bare, the planet is relatively uninhabited outside of the established cities and settlements. With no government holding sway over the planet, the people are divided by the power of warlords that rise into power and often quickly fade out. A planet of refugees and a mix of people from different places, the planet has no defined look. Each city has its own flavor and the only area that remains strictly Plutonian is Charon.Charon: Sacred ground, Charon is the last place that is strictly Plutonian. As few refugees call Charon home, the desolate moon is filled with the last generations of the great fortune tellers, sorcereses, and magicians. On the surface, you can find many temples and ancient practices, yet it remains unwelcoming and cold to outsiders.Amritsar: The metropolitan center of the planet, Amritsar is the most crowded city in the galaxy. Home to natives, refugees, pirates, and honest workers, its warm climate and sunny skies keep the city thriving. Although not rich by any means, Amritsar is bustling and the economy thrives despite the rising poverty line. Home to the black market, Amritsar is a city in which many people disappear, willingly or not.Bahir: The only city that experiences lush fields and a constant spring-like climate, Bahir is a small oasis of perfection on an otherwise desolate planet. Nicknamed Persephone after the city’s patron goddess, Bahir is often the subject of conflict. As a resourceful city, warlords vyying for power often fight over the territory. While the city is beautiful and the Bahir tribe is relatively peaceful, it is often the subject of much controversy.Delhi: The poorest city in the galaxy, Delhi is also the home of the shadier and more dangerous black market. While Amritsar remains the black market capital, Delhi is known for housing more dangerous subject matter. Ridden with crime and decay, Delhi is not a place you’d want to find yourself a visitor in. As the majority of the city is made up of slums, there is no rhyme or reason to the city’s layout, leaving it a maze for those who do not call the city home. -- source link
