Inktober Day 3 - A bit of an adventure … I mean not a huge one. I was out at a coffee shop and was going to ink this and then HAD NO NIBS so I had to buy one. Ended up going with a small nib (the sort for the smaller holder) so that would be three days of different nibs. I do like this type of nib for the variation in line width it offers but sometimes it catches on the paper and …yeah. No huge disasters but it is always that risk >_>This is Kitty and Mrawh in the pumpkin patch. I added orange because I JUST COULD NOT RESIST. I love orange, no shame. I won’t be doing much color on the rest (probably? I make no promises).This sketchbook takes the watercolor pretty well for paper that is not made for it. I don’t know how it layers but for a flatish wash it was pretty nice!Materials: Shinola Sketchbook, Daler Rowney FW ink, crow quill and Winsor Newton watercolor. -- source link
