You don’t have to wait for someone to make produce all pretty for you, I’ve been dumpster diving with my dad for years. We get free fruits and veggies, meat, even bread and cheese. If it’s only a day or two past the expiry date it’s fine, and if you’re worried you can cook it or freeze it to kill the germies.My dad used to feed tons of homeless people from supermarket dumpsters because there was always way more than he could eat. -- source link
