You want garlic, add garlic.Second, spaghetti bolognese isn’t even Italian. Who cares what Italians are doing when you’re eating a dish of the Italian diaspora? No Italian would EVER put ragu alla bolognese on spaghetti, so what’s a little garlic to that?Third, just say no to food snobbery. Italians tend to avoid garlic because they think of it as ‘poor people food’ you know the food of the people who left and went to the US (or elsewhere). Like my ancestors.Though for the love of food, add some salt to your pasta water and toss the sauce with pasta. And enjoy your garlic. -- source link
