Louis and Anne both had kind of unusual connections to England, at one point Edward IV offered his son to be betrothed to Anne but, ah, that never came to be. Lbr ANNE didn’t really want to marry Charles all that much, she certainly wasn’t too thrilled with him at first. This is a really curious manuscript, it’s absolutely gorgeous as you can see and it has a good collection of Charles’s French poetry and the Pseudo-Heloise of all things. There’s speculation it was either made or adapted for Arthur. -- source link
