“Alien Secrets” by Annette Curtis Klause, “Keeper of the Isis Light” and “The Game” by Monica Hughes, and “Winter of Fire” by Sheryl Jordan were some of my favorite YA Fantasy/Sci-Fi books growing up…but sadly it seems that nobody knows about them now, because they’re lacking in Love Triangles and Dangerous Pretty Boys.
