Military diet day 2 breakfast: 1 egg, slice of toast, and 1 banana and a cup of tea. Let me tell you how unhealthy this diet is especially if you workout and your metabolism is high! Even after dinner last night it felt like there was nothing in my stomach. It still feels like there’s nothing in my stomach. It quite literally feels like I had nothing to eat all day. I didn’t even workout cause I was scared I would get sick. As crazy as this is I intend to finish it out strong.
