I’ve heard a handful of translations for “Makibaka”, the most compelling to me is “Dare to Struggle”. It calls forth to accept a challenge, take a chance, make a sacrifice. It’s also powerful to say “struggle”, but the added “dare” calls up on a group of people who might not take that chance. -- source link
