Would love to know if it is homemade or where to buy it. Just how big is the tongue depressor ? The fact that this gag is all steel is fantastic. It also appears that it goes very far into the mouth and very tight. If something is used to make this a little more permanent, it would be indeed hard to get off. If it is homemade, I’d also like to incorporate piercings from the gag that could be attached and piercing into the tongue.
