ambris: Updating my girl’s design again. Trying to focus on simplifying things like her skin patterns, since I intend to repeatedly draw her a ton when I get my comic going. I never know how much detail to put on these things, but this time I erred on the side of “less is more”. I genuinely could think of a bunch of different outfits and permutation of those outfits for her to wear, based on context, as well as a description of her personality, likes/dislikes, etc. But maybe I should just let those things speak for themselves. In anycase, I consider this more of a “guide” than a rulebook to her design. -- source link
