Sat here for a while waiting for the sun to set as the sound of thunder reverberated through the canyon walls and flashes of lightning danced across the sky. All of the sudden the sun broke through the clouds and lit up the arch in golden light. I stood up to take a photo and just happened to press the shutter button right as a bolt of lightning shot towards the arch. If there’s any wonder as to why I travel thousands of miles or wait for hours just to take a photo, I hope this settles it. These are the moments that set my soul on fire and leave me always wanting more. -- source link
