As a taxpayer, I am particularly pleased to see how the administration makes best use of the limited space in this facility. I have always wondered why individual cells are provided for small groups of prisoners. A large dormitory is definitely cheaper and inmates do not have the right to enjoy privacy. The corrugated iron ceiling here is certainly not comfortable in the heat, but as you can see, these men can wear shorts and go shirtless. I am disappointed that the prison authorities do not enforce orange uniform shorts and prison slides here. -- source link
