Prisons shouldn’t be turned into libraries! All reading matter should be limited to a reasonable amount. The selection of reading materials should reflect the simple mind of the average prisoner. Publications with lots of pictures and little writing are recommended. All political, legal and erotic content should be banned without exception. Strict control and censorship of all magazines is essential. Sometimes a tattered bible can be enough. -- source link
