Reblogging for those menstruating folk out there. Haven’t personally used one, but seems great. I don’t even rinse in the shower! You can find an old jar, put it in and fill with cold water - the blood will come out and settle to the bottom in an hour or two (or a day whatever you like) then pour out, rinse the pad. I do add a little soap then, leave it for 10min, rinse and let dry. Then save it for washing at the end of my cycle. those disposable ones are plastic and gross. This is fabric! i can use about 3-4 per cycle if the quick soap felt like it cleaned it. I want >:( I want these pads Looooove these. Wearing one right now. Super soft and comfortable for those people experiencing problems with pad shifting, they now have liner pro which is perfect to use when you workout its small so its not visible when youre working out or wearing tight clothes and it also has two buttons so it wont move while youre wearing it. i highly recommend it go get urself one !!! I definitely need to find these and get some. rb for my menstruating mutuals Trans dude here, these are actually REALLY USEFUL for when you’re menstruating while trans. One of my problems is how LOUD disposable pads are, and another is, men’s restrooms don’t have stall trash bins like the women’s does…. this makes it so I don’t have anything to throw out (because it lasts my whole shift without leakage: 8 hours) and it’s QUIET for when I gotta switch um out or put one in because I started on shift. I got the pack that comes with 2 of each size, and they’re honestly a life saver, and way softer and more comfortable than disposable pads. No rash, no horrible leakage, and surprisingly they don’t shift around too much! I work a very physical job and these things Stay In Place. At night they do slide around a bit because I’m a wiggly sleeper, but luckily I got the backup bed towel for any accidents, lolBut yes, this is 100% worth it to buy. Please do. -- source link
