Silver pied are WT/W:WT/p:SWE/SWE, meaning that they also have a double dose of the silver white eye gene. This causes the colors in their saddles to silver heavily (and often the rest of their body feathers to some degree) and the white parts to be cranked up to create a bird that’s 90%+ white phenotype. Even though you can’t see the saddle in this photo, the combination of the white crown/head, the feathering of the white patches down the throat, the white train, and importantly the all-white tail under the train are good indications of silver pied. -- source link
