It’s easy to clean but I still don’t want to get mole hair out of my beakers! Also do you have any idea how big a liter beaker is? You can fit more than 2 moles in there. Makes sneee I don’t think they shed very often. I think their fit is pretty well attached and sleek. I touched a dead one once (washed hands after ofc) before my dogs chewed on it for a couple days and it was kind of soft Maybe they were Townsend moles? Those guys can be 9 inches That could be the case. I know the moles in FL are tiny and blind and fluffy, but maybe some are sleek? I would imagine it would help them with the mud and when their tunnels get flooded? They’d have to be good swimmers like gophers Our soil around the coasts is also very sandy and therefore gets really solid when wet, so Imd think the sleekness would help them shimmy around fairly solid tunnels too Maybe the one my dad trapped was a baby or something (still kinda mad he trapped it) Dude, all of a sudden people are coming to TSC specifically to get mole chaser-awayer chemicals (they don’t kill them???) and I’m like “how are these teeny things bugging you?” (Also now that I think about it my mom might of said that the mole the dogs were chewing on was actually a vole. Unsure The only difference is one letter♀️ I mean moles can wreak havoc on gardens, but good for them for chasing them away instead of killing them Don’t they just eat bugs tho? Wouldn’t that help gardens? I’m not entirely sure what they eat, but they dig all over the place and that disrupts flower beds. Oh yes people get quite funny about those I feel like the best course of action is just to keep your flowers in pots and mulch your flower beds. Then nobody will ever know if you have moles Honestly though, it’s easier on your back/to move/etc if you have raised beds or pots. If planting in the ground wasn’t such a look I think people would just straight up have out of the earth gardens OK WEIRD SLIGHTLY RELATED THOUGHTIt always pissed me off when Home Depot employees would see me lifting soil bags and trip over themselves to lift them instead.Like I get it it’s your jobBut it’s also my job because the whole reason I’m at Home Depot with an old dude I’m clearly not related to is because I’m the Designated Muscles. So likeYour job does not require that you lift these soil bags for me, but lifting these soil bags is literally my one job right now so calm down and when I say I’ve got the bags, I’ve got the bags. -- source link
