This season was different from all of those in the past in many ways, but most notably, with the addition of teams and coaches. You chose trainees from each company to guide the contestants this season. What factors went into your selections?“We selected some of our top trainees from each company to audition, and one or two trainees, depending on the company, were chosen as coaches,” So Jisub explains. “We wanted to bring the experience of past MGA winners to assist the contestants this year, and bring the show to another level.”“Our top priority was to choose trainees that have trained for a while, and those who are ready. For many of them, this is a final challenge before they venture into other projects and meet the public again,” Tiger JK interjects, and all of the CEOs nod in agreement.“We also wanted to bring some of our trainees the public hasn’t seen in a while back into the spotlight to show everyone how much they’ve grown. I think the system worked out well, and gave the contestants that ended up signing to companies at the end of the show a better idea of what they would experience training with us than any other seasons,” Katie Lee finishes. -- source link
