housedebayle: housedebayle: [Balmung] The Second Grand Melee Rally: Ishgardian HastiludeSaturday, May 19th @ 8:00PM EDT Temple Knights, it is time prepare your arms for the Second Grand Melee! House De'bayle will be hosting the Hastilude of the Fury in preparation. It will be held this Saturday, May the 19th at [8 PM EDT], and will offer a variety of ways to test your mettle against your fellow temple knights. From sparring to jousting, and anything in between. If you’re an Ishgardian and interested in volunteering to help with the event, send us a message and we will talk to you about how you might help your fellow countrymen prepare the next Grand Melee! UPDATE: All combatants for the war-games being held must pre-register for their position. You can find the: Jousting sign-up here! Behourd sign-up here! There will be a maximum of 14 contestants for jousting & behourd. It is important to be noted that no prizes will be given out for the winning of these mini-tournaments. The reward is knowing you proudly represent the Holy See with your prowess. Participants are first come first served! The two events will be scheduled separately, with behourd being the first tournament before jousting. Please keep this in mind when scheduling to attend if you want to join. Exact times will be released in a following update. Anyone can come to this particular rally as it will be very fair-esc and have stalls and others attractions, however, as for the war-games we ask only Ishgardians/Coerthas associated characters participate. This pep rally is to support Ishgard in the Grand Melee, so we do want it to be geared towards those who are present to be hyped for the Melee or get some practice in ICly. -- source link
