onenicebugperday:@hopefulqueer submitted: Hello! I found this absolutely tiny friend (they were less than a centimeter long) in my front yard and have been stumped on identifying them. Any idea what species they are? Found in the Sacramento area of California!Hello! It’s a small milkweed bug nymph, possibly semi-newly molted, as it doesn’t look as darkened as it could be. I see the adults all the time (went for a walk today and had to be so careful not to step on any because there were dozens of them on the sidewalk), but I’d never seen one of their nymphs before.
