That’s where a local diver named Hiroyuki Arakawa has been meeting up with his fish friend Yoriko, an Asian sheepshead wrasse, for the last 25 years.Arakawa is responsible for maintaining a Shinto shrine located in the underwater park and Yoriko always comes to visit with him while he’s down there. When they first meet Arakawa customarily greets Yoriko with a little kiss on his/her head. Then Yoriko appears to enjoy watching Arakawa tend to the shrine.
