SUE WONG: SWEET SEVENTEEN I stumbled upon my seventeen year old Culver City High School Yearbook picture recently. I was still innocent and not yet disappointed by the many tumultuous storms, tragedies and loss that Life would surreptitiously serve. Of course, looking back on my journey, one might surmise that I have had great long- termed success and longevity; however along with the momentous success came struggle, loss, pain and great sacrifice. Some people think the success has been all roses all along and easy for me– it has been not…Life has been a series of great challenges, and my success was hard-won. However I have been a good but weary warrior. Would I have rather had it any other way?! At least it has been a great ride– I would not have missed this for all the riches in the world–I’m just glad that I did it…MY WAY! -- source link
