Hey guys its Sunday and it means let’s meal prep for the week. . It’s way easier to stay to your fitness goals when you are prepared. . I get asked how can I eat healthy and make it taste good still. Here is a quick way to make your food taste good and and stay in your calories deficit. . Condiments are your best friend. I tell all my clients they can use mustard, hot sauce, and low sugar ketchup. You can still season your food but watch your sodium intake.
