basically a big piece of insight as to how I imagine Chara and Frisk’s experience in the underground to be. Like, they’re in a world where they don’t have to answer to anybody, they can be the heroes or the villains and everything in between. They can play pretend, but for real. Fight and flirt and even die without consequences. On top of it all, they don’t have to move forward, ever, if they don’t want to. To have almost ultimate power over a world with magic and monsters and, especially, where the adults don’t talk down to you (for the most part, accepting like, Toriel and Asgore I guess lol) seems like a kid’s dream come true.Frisk gets to be Peter Pan because Peter Pan is the one who ultimately makes the choices and gets to be the hero, and Chara gets to be Tinkerbell because Tinkerbell is hotheaded and a Neverland native and, because of what she is, has no human life to go back to like Peter does. Tinkerbell is already grown up lol. Plus, Tinkerbell is always whispering in Peter’s ear, but never to anyone else…hmm -- source link
