lpbestiary: The Solway Firth Spaceman is a being, speculated to be an extraterrestrial, that appeared in a photograph taken in Cumbria, England in 1964. The photo was taken by fireman Jim Templeton, and shows his daughter Elizabeth being menaced by a strange white figure which resembles an astronaut. Templeton insisted no one was nearby when the photograph was taken, and it has attracted the attention of ufologists and newspapers.
