I finally got new glasses!  I think I’d had the silver ones for something like two years, even though they were old and bent out of shape, because I was being lazy about finding a new eye doctor.  But now that I’ve moved, I’m right up the road from a great office, so I got these.  I may even get a second pair at some point, because there were these cute sort of cat-eye ones, and this is the first time I’ve EVER found a pair of cat-eye-esque glasses that looks good on me.  (I can get a second pair because horrible autoimmune eye disorders run in my family, so Mum shelled out for the good eye insurance.)[Image description: one full-body photo of a young woman (me) with medium-length orange hair.  I’m standing in front of a white wall.  I’m wearing a white button-down with ¾ sleeves under something that’s in between a vest and a shirt.  It kinda has little sleeves, but it’s open all down the front and only buttons at the waist.  It’s green plaid with a hint of orange.  Both tops hang loose over dark wash skinny jeans.  I have on red lipstick and dark brown hiking boots.  As always, I’m wearing glasses, but they’re not the silver ones–these are still round, but they’re a new, black pair.] -- source link
