So I found a map that shows our average temperatures and another map to where our states are. Note: The weather map does not include Hawaii and Alaska. Hawaii is normally a very hot state, like Texas, and Alaska is normally very cold, Like North Dakota (Though colder and snowier) I HOPE THIS HELPS! May I contribute, since you’re missing Hawaii??I’ve lived in hawaii for three years, I’ve been to florida and arizona for one month during the summer, and I’ve lived in the desert of california for most my life.  So I’ve been to some pretty hot places.From most to least hot, I would rate them like this;Florida, Arizona, Hawaii, and California.FLORIDA IS HOTTER THAN HAWAII. FLORIDA WILL KILL WITH IT’S HUMIDITY. HAWAII AINT SHIT COMPARED TO FLORIDA AND ARIZONA BEATS OUT HAWAII BY A FRICKIN’ SMIDGE.Hawaii isn’t a ‘hot’ state it’s just really fucking humid, and y'know how in all those dumb white people movies where the rich family goes to have vacation in hawaii since it supposedly 'never stops being summer’ over there?that’s bullshit. Hawaii gets a ton of rain and thunder storms during the winter, and during january and december youre going to have super duper cloudy days, and sometimes theres a lot of heavy mist and fog that causes a lot of traffic accidents.During these times the tsunami siren also goes off a lot because of how high the tides get, trying to keep people safe and away. nearly every home in hawaii is fitted with Jalosi windows, or slatted windows, because of tsunami’s and rain specifically. Hawaii switches between light rain showers and intense humidity OFTEN. After it rains it gets super humid there too.Hawaii really needs it own post, really. It’s such a complex state with so much history behind it- like theres just about every kind of asian living there and they DO outnumber the white people. and The black people are even more so outnumbered- ive only met one spanish kid there, he was basically nonexistent. I’d say, based on experience living in Oahu for three years-- Asian, Filipino, Polynesian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hawaiian, Portuguese, Taiwanese, Samoan, and other asian races that I’m forgetting, amount to 70% and over. Asian is the NORM there.- white - 20% and over.- black people, prolly like 5% at most.- pure blood Hawaiians, under 5%. I spent three years there and I never once met a pure blooded Hawaiian person- I met a white guy who was raised in traditional Hawaiian culture but he was WHITE. He was cool as hell and he was 80 years old and he took days off of class tog o surfing but he was white yo. If that doesn’t tell you some shit about Hawaii then idk what does. If you’re going to RP Hawaii or any other island in the state that isn’t just for fun vacay tourist-y stuffs, I’d highly reccomend reading up on your history. Hawaii has such a wildly different culture from any other state, it feels like a new country. It has it’s own pidgin and it’s own culture different from anywhere else in the world, please do some research. Fun facts on hawaii that may interest you… Hawaii was annexed into the United States as a State illegally. Hula was never done in grass skirts or coconut bra’s. It was done naked, and men did it too. Before hawaiian culture was destroyed by white people, they had multiple gods, there was no currency, just trade. All forms of sex and incest were LEGAL. Each island was governed by a King, but it was King Kamehameha who rose to Power and united all the islands. He also established the law of Paddle board, which was very important. Yes this is all real go look it up. The hula was primarily used in songs about worshiping the gods, or the land, or the Ali'i (hawaiian kings, queens, royalty or celebrities), and when you Hula you make signs for the phrases and words in the songs. It’s a bit of a song sign language, which is why it’s pretty fucking racist to 'create your own hula’. Native Hawaiian were outnumbered by white people and immigrants and  a great number of them died by disease and what was left of them were prohibited from practicing their own culture and voting on their own lands. Some notes; Hawaii was the nicest state I’ve ever been to. If you’ve ever went to hawaii and you saw white people for the most part (aka tourists) you’re not really in hawaii youre in the tourist zone.Hawaii is the biggest island but it’s very country. Oahu is Hawaii’s business capitol, and also the most populated of all the islands, despite it being only the third biggest island.And Hawaii is waaaaaaaay over commercialized as a vacation spot, but that is not all there is to it. People have homes and lives there, and they don’t live in huts or surf to school and high five lilo and stitch every day on the way there.
