thecatspit:Help! I found this little guy in an alley yesterday, and he’s missing his left front foreleg! He also needs eye medicine, deworming, and to be tested for things like FeLV - and also might need x-rays and pain meds - and I can’t afford any of that because all the money I had just went for the car payment and groceries.The kitten isn’t in immediate danger, because while his leg was definitely amputated by some injury rather than being like this from birth, the stump is actually mostly healed. He has a hard time walking, though, so at the very least I’d like to talk to a vet about what can be done to make things easier for him, and he definitely needs eye meds to clear up the swelling and discharge (probably from feline herpes virus).
