One of the best and fastest ways to achieve good results in whatever career you choose to pursue is watching your seniors closely and experiencing things by yourself, that’s why trainees often monitor their performances as an exercise and go through different types of assessments every month. However, some experiences are restricted to those who already passed the trainee stage and became idols, which doesn’t necessarily mean that those still working for it have to wait until the day their dreams come true for a taste. This month, while their seniors are preparing for ISAC and their other many activities, trainees will continue working hard and honing their skills through workshops and daily lessons with their coach, but instead of preparing a stage to perform at the end of the month, they will be given the chance to join the sports event. Before they get too excited, this is not some recreational nor P.E. time! Trainees will be there to volunteer and help the staff working for the event as well as support their seniors in different ways. When a company coach approaches them to talk about it, trainees will be informed they can choose one of the four activities to help during the event. In case the said activity doesn’t require their help for the entirety of the event, they are allowed to join the fans and watch the games. They will be only attending ISAC recording on the first day, October 24th. After the recording is over and both idols and fans are gone, trainees of the Big Five companies who volunteered to help have the chance to play the same games their seniors did and have some fun/experience the event in a different way as a reward for their hard work. They should choose up to three sports they would like to try and form teams with other trainees (different companies are allowed) for an amicable competition before they all head back to their companies and are finally free to go home.Find more about the tasks below the cut. Trainees who choose to help with the food will be responsible for helping prepare the boxes for their sunbaes’ fans at the company, decorating it with stickers and handing them out to the fans through the day. They won’t be preparing any food and will get to enjoy the meals during the breaks.Cheer: Filming the two-days competition is tiring for everyone, so it’s important to keep the energy up. After setting up large banners prepared by the fans to support the idols, they will be watching the whole event and cheering up not only the idols but the fans watching. Either they come up with fanchants, little games to pass time or small events to keep everyone entertained, it’s up to their creativity. SNS: Behind the scenes of a beloved event should be recorded and shared with fans around the world who couldn’t watch the event live. For this, some trainees will be helping to take pictures and record bts videos of their seniors. The content will be filtered by a company’s editor and posted later on their social media. Test: To make sure everything is working properly for the competition, some trainees should arrive earlier on the 24th to test the stations, which means they will get to play before the show starts and inform the staff in case there’s anything wrong with equipments so they don’t waste time during the recording. -- source link
