I guess you can add endorsing cultural appropriation to the list. Here she is describing this photo of someone wearing a headdress for the aesthetic as “epic”. If you look at the first comment it’s someone complaining that one of the photos isn’t actually from burning man, and the second comment is from her saying she removed the picture. Yet for some reason she left the headress photo in there despite dozens of people pointing out the cultural appropriation. I happen to be Cree, one of the cultures who still uses headdresses like these in our legislative practices to this day. It makes me upset to see such a large influencer reducing such an important symbol of honour and servitude to one’s community into a fashion statement.Mod Ghast:  y i k e s. -- source link
