Buried Stone (April 5, 2021).Stones of Story and Myth (25 of ?).A day’s ride from Phaer Lantis, the Gateway Stone, is the caldera of an ancient volcano, Gallen’Fell, the Eagle’s Nest. A Wilder expeditionary party discovered the tip of what appeared to be another gate stone half-buried at the center. Intrigued at finding another stone so close to Phaer Lantis, they began to dig, eager to uncover and study another ancient stone. During the excavation, however, it became clear that this new stone required no caster to activate, and fae began to disappear from the research party. Without word of where they had gone, and no evidence of their return via the same gate path, it was determined the gate stone too unstable, and so the dig was abandoned.
