DIY Bleached Tee Shirt Using a StencilSimple tutorial showing how use a stencil and bleach to “dye” a tee shirt from guapizimo here. Her blog is gone so this is a WayBack Machine link. For more dye DIYs go here: truebluemeandyou.com/tagged/dye and for more bleaching DIYs go here: truebluemeandyou.com/tagged/bleachEDIT: I have added photos below that were not on the WayBack Machine. Also, this is a post on why I now use the WayBack Machine to archive tutorials I like. To be clear this is NOT my tutorial, but I posted this popular DIY years ago and want my readers to still be able to see it. 1. Make the t-shirt wet, twist most of the water out and have a tray below the shirt to lay the fabric on so the bleaching doesn’t go through to the back. Now put your stencil on.2. With chlorine in a nebulizer, spray on and around the figure. 3. When the bleaching has worked, remove the wooden pieces.4. After the bleach has done it’s job and you are satisfied with the color, rinse well so the bleach won’t damage your fabric. -- source link
