Welcome to Briarwood Orphanage, a South Park AU inspired by the Haunting of Hill House. This roleplay takes place during two timelines simultaneously; in 1982, the kids grow up at Briarwood, and ten years later in 1992 they return as adults to participate in a documentary about what it was like to live in a “haunted house.” Our goal is to create a fun, creepy environment that our members can contribute to with their own lore, ghosts, and haunts. Briarwood Orphanage is committed to horror, but we are also focused on developing character relationships as they all build sibling-like bonds throughout their experiences. As an alternate universe, the ages’ of the kids will vary from their canon to help create this dynamic.
