The main character will be Moana Waialiki, a sea voyaging enthusiast, and the only daughter of a chief in a long line of navigators. When her family needs her help, she sets off on an epic journey. The film will also include demi-gods and spirits taken from real mythologyNot to burst your bubble, but only one of these is Moana, including the logo. First off, the logo is definitely fanmade. (explained here) The next one is for Moana, by Sue Nichols. Then we have a painting by Paul Gauguin whose art is inspiring the look of Moana. Also… he kind of died in 1903. Next we have fanart for Moana by Tumblr user emmasdisneyworld. And then, we have a print by Brittney Lee that’s currently being sold on her Etsy. Next time, before posting art, check to make sure that it is art from the project you’re talking about, and a good way to do that is by clicking the little camera button in Google Images and copy/pasting the image url.
