Modern TownhousesSince Discover University’s roommates system (sort of) opened the door to having multi-house lots, I decided to build a row of Modern Townhouses! Each Townhouse contains 3 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms (Two connected to bedrooms) All Townhouses are fully furnished to suit the needs of various Sims. For example, one Townhouse was made to cater a family with two kids, while another was made for a group of University students!
