It looks I’m in a “Balkan mood” once again :). In any case this is a coin of king Gentius, who was a last ruler (181-168 BCE) of Illyrian state of Ardiaea. During Macedonian wars he fought against Romans and was defeated by Lucius Anius Gallus’ army. The king himself was taken to Italy as a hostage and died there.
