Today’s inktober is the Sound the Bugle scene from spirit, done in ballpoint pen. Possibly my favorite scene from the movie because of how well it was able to communicate Spirit’s thoughts and emotions without any narration or diolouge, solely through facial expressions, (animalistic) body language, cool imagery, and music. Honestly it’s no surprise to me that the expressive faces in the Prince of Egypt were animated by the same person as the ones in Spirit -- source link
