Back at the gym and it felt amazing! I upped almost all my weights today since I knew my last round of lifting they were getting too easy. Felt good to be back at the bar. I smashed out 20 minutes of cardio and then 40 minutes of weight lifting so a 50 minute workout in total. Feels good to have now caught up on most of my backlog of shop stuff.
