That’s because this film had five credited directors and at least one uncredited. As a result of this (and issues with some of the actors, especially Peter Sellers), it’s really a complete mess of a film, the finished version being nothing at all like what was originally intended, with many, many changes happening during production.Though it is a mess, I still find it enjoyable… -- source link
