shirtless on the beachlast weekend i went to the beach. i went shirtless on the beach last year but it was on a cloudy week day so there where not a lot of people around. this time i when on a sunny weekend when there would be a lot of people on the beach.when i got there i did not see any shirtless guys in the parking lot so i keep my shirt on an went down the beach to find a place to sit. i found a clear space near some other shirtless guys and sat down there. even though i was a little hesitant with all the people around me i remembered this was the reason id come to the beach so i took off my shirt. i was surprised how quickly i felt comfortable shirtless. going shirtless outside my house and in the locker room around others had payed off. i lay on the beach for about an hour as people walked past and i built up the confidence to walk down the beach.when i decided to get up i had to take my beach chair back to my car because i did not want to leave it alone. i decided to walk back to my car without putting my shirt back on. i also put my shirt in the car so i couldnt chicken out and put it back on while walking down the beach. then i began to walk down the beach with nothing but my swim trunks. as i walked down the beach looking at the ocean and all the other people around i forgot that i was shirtless. i was completely comfortable without a shirt. i noticed most guys where wearing a shirt if they were not in the water and almost all the guys wore swim trunks that went past there knees. a lot of the girls were wearing coverups or one piece swimsuits. because i was wearing my 6 in short i was one of the most undressed people on the beach and definitely the most undressed guy under 40. despite this i still felt completely comfortable. i walked over a mile and a half down the beach and away from my shirt. even though i couldnt put on a shirt if i wanted to i never felt the urge to cover up during the hour and a half i was walking down the beach.all my life i have avoided doing things that would require me to go shirtless and even just wear shorts. now i have slowly built up the confidence not just to wear shorts in public but to go shirtless walking down the beach. during the hours i was on the beach more people saw me shirtless than have the rest of my life and i felt comfortable while doing it. now i know that i have the confidence to go shirtless in public and if something comes up that i need to go shirtless for i can do it.Last year -- source link
