Every equipped Super Appeal badge raises the amount of Star Power refilled when Mario performs his Appeal move.By acquiring and equipping 32 of these badges, Mario’s Appeal reaches its maximum power. With this setup, no matter how few audience members are present, the Appeal will refill the entirety of Mario’s Star Power gauge.
