One of the hardest poses for me with my back issues but an absolutely beautiful pose. I often try to start with my hands/arms reaching over my head, fingers interlaced - leaving the pointer fingers out. Tipping back slightly then falling forward with hands, arms, legs and toes all in one straight line. When I am in the correct position from fingers to toes, I often will open the arms and strengthen through the core - pushing energy out through both the fingertips and feet. -- source link
