I know it’s silly to post about my own name but the number of “Ellie”’s I got this week is ridiculous. True story: I got into a ride and the driver asked for “Ellie.” Without thinking, I said, “Eli, yeah.” Then he corrected me *on my own name.* Dead serious, he asked, “are you sure it’s Eli? That’s a boy’s name!” I think I would know, thanks. Just let kids have gender nonconforming names. -- source link
