{Continuing with the guest spaces in the Andaz Hotel in Tokyo by Tony Chi with Japanese firm, Simplicity (Shinichiro Ogata). Maybe it’s a little odd considering how amazing the public spaces were that my favourite aspects of this project are in the smaller spaces: that elevator cabin is just beautiful… and I also love the corridors and suite entries. In the guest spaces, the reference to traditional Japanese ryokan interiors is more obvious.} -- source link
