#Repost @decolonizing_fitness (@get_repost)・・・I can’t recall where I came across this quote a few years ago but I certainly remember the source as it has always stuck with me.—@theangrydieter thank you for sharing such powerful and affirming words.—I don’t advertise myself as a coach mostly because I get tired of the relentless expectations of me having to post training vids and before and after pics of my clients all the time. My worth and effectiveness as a training is not wrapped up in those things.—Has it hurt the coaching side of my business? YES.
