Students come in tomorrow so what do I do today? Embrace my #innerchild and do some #gymnastics ♂️ at the end of my #training session. I must say that I’m not happy where I’m at physically at the moment. Yes, I’m at a healthy weight and body fat percentage but nowhere near the stats I would like as far as performance goes. There’s just been so much stress since the renovation began in April and I lost most of my strength and speed thanks to it so this season is going to be about getting it back.
